With Hillary Clinton’s speech now history, some Floridian delegates give their impressions of the speech and what the future holds. Participants include a State Representative, a fireman and a county official.
On a personal note, I thought Clinton's speech was the finest she has ever given. I have not been a fan of her oratory, but she nailed this one. On substance, the speech was also strong and went a long way towards pulling everyone together. The only reason I give the speech an "A-" is because Clinton never came out and actually made the case for Obama as a qualified leader in his own right. I believe she could have done this -- and I am hoping Bill Clinton will do this -- and remained credible with her supporters and with others.
It was an intense evening!
