IT'S THE ECONOMY.....STUPID!!!

Both McCain and the 29%er's have to make a choice. Do they continue to embrace Bush as a wonderful president chosen by god to lead us? Or do they admit he sucks and join the rest of us in pointing out how terrible Bush was hoping to fool some undecideds into thinking they are actually sane and voting for McCain?

Well, hell...isn't it obvious? They're trying as hard as they can to distance themselves from Bush, while still clinging to the idiology that brought us to this place.

It's time to ring the Social Security bell long and hard. Ram home the point that if McCain and Bush had gotten their way in 2005, a good part of the solvency of SS would now be lost in the stock market.

That would be partly to do with the limited funds of the republican party. Choices have to be made on how to spend that money.

On morning Joe, they referenced an Article by the New Yorker or the New York Post or something where this guy wrote an article about the Republicans driving away their intellectuals. I wish I had a link to it.
It was said that very few new doctors or lawyers are registering Republican and that investment bankers are donating to Democrats two to one. Investment bankers are very important to any community.
Palin dismays the current Republican intellectuals and the calls of "kill him" and "traitor" at Republican rallies and they wonder what kind of man John McCain is?
Now THAT is something I already knew. The son of an admiral who has lived a life a privilege and has never had a job he got on his own. Dad got him into the Naval Academy and his wife paid for his senate campaign. He feels that "rules" don't apply to him.

From RealClearPolitics:
Wow. Take a few days away from the IntarWeb and let one debate go by, and my-oh-my how the numbers have changed...in Obama's favor. McJukebox can't even hold onto MISSOURI? And Obama's at 50% in Virginia now?
