moral dilemmas

Was there an individual who surprised you once they became aware of the facts of your “rendition” in that they have expressed outrage and support in rectifying this situation? Is there something about the South that provides more fertile grounds for this sort of classical betrayal of a public official?

Imagine...

Hi Sam...Imagine, a Political Prisoner in the USA. My question goes to the power of Rove. Does Gov. Siegelman have any evidence that anyone higher than Rove in the food chain had anything to do with his imprisonment? Just how powerful is Rove? My feelings are that bush is out of the loop, mostly. I think cheney runs things, but I am not sure how far his reach is. Rove has been in Alabama politics for a very long time...of course, we also know that bush was in Alabama when he should have been flying defensive airplanes for Texas. Who was in charge of the Siegelman project??

Sam...

please let us know if you'll be doing Netroots Nation work on the Sammy Cam! I hope so. Let us know where we catch the video, please!

Mr. Siegelman's Opinion Of Congress' Lack Of Action On Rove

Please as the governor what he thinks about the Congress' failure to take punitive action against Rove. They set a date of July 10. Then they REALLY set a date of July 15. Nothing has happened. Does the governor think this will hurt his case, since Rove's testimony is crucial to the case.

Political Extortions

I am very familiar with the FBI & CIA being behind the predatory Political Sextortions and I have been in contact with CIFA.mil on this matter, CIFA is the military agency that took out D.C. madam Jeane Palfrey's CIA escort service that was being used to Sextort Duke Cunningham, etc.... I've also spoken with the republican female atty. in Alabama that was on "60 Minutes" on Gov. Don Siegelman behalf.
Question/comment: I would like to witness on Gov. Don Siegelman behalf if he is interested.
Thank you.

Criminal Justice

I'm wondering how many people Gov Siegelman sent to the electric chair on his signature? Given that he feels he was wrongfully convicted, can he imagine an innocent person might have been executed. And isn't it a political (capital) punishment when only poor and minorities seem to go to the death chamber. Capital Punishment is an international human rights violation which the US continues to feel it is justified to use.

Extradite Rove!

Why can't we find out where Rove is hiding, and extradite him to face charges? We have done it to many others for much less. What Rove has done to Gov Seigleman is nothing short of treason, among many other crimes.
It would be great if we could call a special referendum on impeachment for Bush and all his cronies in the White House. I don't think even Nixon and Agnew were as bad as this administration! But, then again, they were pardoned before we knew the whole truth. I'm convinced the whole truth in this case will never come out. We have only touched the tip of the iceberg.
My best wishes to you Sir, Gov Seigleman. I am so ashamed of our goverment, it is beyond words. How do they get away with all of their lies? They should be impeached AND prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
I will be happy the day when they are all taken to a Supermax Prison. It is just a disgrace that they broke their oath of office about upholding the Constitution. They do not serve "we the people". They serve themselves, big buisness, big oil, republicans, etc.
Hopefully, in November, when President Obama is sworn in, he will take action. That way, there can be no pardons or commutations of sentencing. Unfortunatly, I don't believe Pelosi has the stomach for impeachment, although, that is one of the first thing she should have done upon being Speaker of the House. I haven't given up all hope yet, as you should not either, Gov Seigleman. The majority of the public stands with you.
Bush and Co. has gotten away with so many crimes, in his arogance (sp?), he thinks that he is untouchable. But, I am a firm believer in what goes around comes around. Take Delay as an example. I can't wait for his day in court. I only wish that I could be on that jury. Bush's trial will be that much better!
