A nationwide poll of 1,500 registered voters released yesterday by the nonpartisan Pew Research Center found that 57% of white evangelicals are inclined to vote for Republican congressional candidates in the midterm elections, a 21-point drop in support among this critical part of the GOP base; the same survey found that the percentage of evangelicals who think that Republicans govern "in a more honest and ethical way" than Democrats has plunged to 42%, down from 55% at the start of the year.

Dude, calm down. huffer said, "Face it you lost both Houses and you lost BIG!" I simply pointed out that the elections are not yet over. Ive already made it clear that i believe that some of our seats will be taken, but to declare a landslide victory a month before the elections even happen is just dumb. Ever hear of counting your chickens before they hatch, thats EXACTLY what you guys are doing.
