GOP Hold On Evangelicals Weakening

A nationwide poll of 1,500 registered voters released yesterday by the nonpartisan Pew Research Center found that 57% of white evangelicals are inclined to vote for Republican congressional candidates in the midterm elections, a 21-point drop in support among this critical part of the GOP base; the same survey found that the percentage of evangelicals who think that Republicans govern "in a more honest and ethical way" than Democrats has plunged to 42%, down from 55% at the start of the year.

Oh come on!

Its over and you know it. The Dems capture both Houses. The Reps were far behind even before the Rep perversion was exposed. Dems will have a 40 seat or more majority in House and will win at least 51 in senate. There is not time to recover now.
