Baghdad Suicide Bomber Kills At Least 15

A suicide truck bomber blew himself up near a college and a ration office in a mainly Shiite area of the capital Tuesday, killing at least 15 people and wounding 27 others. The attack was the latest in a series of bombings, mainly targeting Shiites, that have come despite the latest U.S.-Iraqi security crackdown.
